Ski season is here, which means your strength work matters more than ever.

Strong legs = longer days on the mountain.
Strong core = confident turns.
Strong glutes = fresh legs, run after run.

You worked all fall to build strength, don’t lose it now.
Just 2–3 lifts a week is all you need to keep power high, joints happy, and endurance strong all season long. In-season training keeps your legs fresh so you can use your strength on the slopes, not lose it by January.

The secret isn’t choosing between fun and fitness, it’s learning to have both and building these habits through consistency.

✅ Plan your week and show up
✅ Lift heavy, sweat hard, recover smart
✅ Hydrate + hit your protein early
✅ Enjoy the games, the treats, and the season

This isn’t about restriction. It’s about balance.
