Not that long ago, whole foods were just…food.
People didn’t have to analyze every ingredient label or worry about dozens of additives and chemicals hiding in everyday meals. Eating meat, vegetables, fruit, eggs, and real butter wasn’t considered a “diet”…it was simply normal.
Today, choosing whole foods can feel extreme. Packing a homemade lunch, avoiding ultra-processed snacks, or paying attention to ingredients somehow gets labeled as “too strict.”
But the truth is, returning to real food is one of the simplest ways we care for our bodies.
Let’s normalize whole foods again…not as a trend, but as the foundation of health.
