What if entities are pain bodies that feed through your pain..
Pain can take many forms—shame, resentment that feeds on your attention, your focus on it, your obsession about it.
It becomes a rhythm you know well, a voice behind closed eyes, a shadow that forces you to feed.
She came to the Temple in a state of quiet collapse.
Years of conflict and heartbreak had left her trembling inside her own skin.
The court battles, the betrayals, the endless attempts to hold everything together had worn her thin.
She was desperate to understand. She craved relief from its grasp.
Everywhere she turned, the same stories repeated—men who betrayed her, systems that drained her, grief that never rested.
She wanted to understand it, fix it, forgive it.
What I saw was an entity of pain living through her, sustained by the devotion of her attention.
We met the entity with compassion.
And when the moment came, she placed it on the altar, every story, every ache, and offered it to the Holy Flame of Divine Light.
As she wept, I sang to her.
I caressed her with the holy rose, mending the rips and tears where the pain body had left its imprint.
Through prayer, breath, and sacred offering, the current began to change.
Her body softened. Her breath deepened. The field around her cleared.
She left luminous and still, remembering what it feels like to be free in her body again.
This is the alchemy of remembrance.
A reorientation of her attention.
A reclamation of life force.
A return to the Holy Self.
When you stop feeding what thrives on your light, your true light begins to lead.
