Not a crisis.
Just accumulation.

Emails.

Holding tension without noticing.

If we never release it, we carry it straight into tonight.

Take a slow 5–10 minute walk.
No phone. No multitasking.
Just movement.

They have busy weeks.

But they don’t disappear.

Over time, they notice things shifting:

That’s the difference.
