Don't let intimidating postures dictate your practice! There are SO MANY variations to each posture - there is something for EVERY BODY.

This posture is known as Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana aka Hand to Big Toe Pose! This posture does require a level of flexibility that is typically not available to most, especially beginners. DON'T STRESS.

Try these different variations that will serve you better in maintaining alignment and keeping your body safe while serving the purpose of this posture!
