I guide movement experiences that blend breath, yoga, and embodied expression. My classes weave together slow vinyasa flow, breath-led movement, sensual flow, meditation, sound bowls, and energy alignment to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper connection to the body.
Each practice invites students to move with intention rather than intensity — creating space for healing, creativity, and self-awareness.
