Please Welcome Emma, I am a RYT-500 certified bilingual( English -Chinese)yoga teacher currently offering private one-on-one sessions, teaching community classes, and working in a studio setting.

I have explored a variety of yoga styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Inside Flow, each expanding my perspective and deepening my curiosity. Through practicing with different teachers and traditions, I have come to believe that progress in yoga is not about which style is more advanced, but about consistency. Showing up with patience, dedication, and trust in the process is what truly supports growth.

In both my practice and teaching, I believe breath is the essence of yoga. My classes focus on creating space in the body so the breath can move freely, supporting both strength and ease. I hope students leave my classes feeling relaxed yet energized, experiencing the joy of exploring their bodies while also embracing meaningful challenges. My intention is for students to look forward to their next practice, rather than feeling completely depleted.
