For Ireland Week, we had such a fun and delicious cooking class with our Executive Chef Gary! We learned all about Irish soda bread, how it is made, and the history behind this traditional Irish favorite. Best of all, we got to try the fresh bread for ourselves, and it was absolutely delicious!
