We are InCare Global USA LLC. Formerly Fozzard Services Incorporated or FSI was born, a dream by Jerry Lee Fozzard which started in 1997 as a Medical Staffing agency supplying Medical Staffs to Hospitals and Health Systems primarily Respiratory Therapist and Nurses primarily throughout Midwest Chicago area. Hospitals such as Mercy University of Chicago, St. Margaret’s Hospital, Ingall’s Hospital, Methodist Hospitals, St. Catherine’s Hospital and all other hospitals in our area. Since 1997, FSI was the preferred Nursing agency with St. Margaret’s and many other hospitals in our area for many years. It has established a very good reputation of providing competent, compassionate, reliable and caring staff. From our very own Jerry Lee In 1997, when I Jerry Lee Fozzard was setting up this business, I was advised that it was not in my best interest to do it. Since I was a Native American and grew up extremely humble conditions, people thought I would not succeed and my efforts will be in vain. Although I was poor, it was always my dream and goal to open my own medical agency. I wanted to open a business to create high paying jobs for nurses and also excellent care for the patient. Because I was a Respiratory Therapist and lacked the capital to pay staff, I worked 16 hour a day shifts, 7 days a week to support my new business. I would work 16 hours at one hospital then next day at another hospital 7 days a week. I did that for many years to help care for patients in the hospital and run my business at the same time. After Fozzard Services was established we received our SBD (8a) Small Business Minority Certification making my company one of the only Native American Medical Companies at that time. Currently the statistics show that only 0.09% Small Businesses are Native American. Fozzard Services Inc. now InCare Global USA LLC has been sponsoring and match make nurses from the Philippines since year 2000. We are the Nursing Agency that supplies Nurses to Hospital and Health Systems throughout United States, primarily in the Midwest of Chicago area. We process and sponsor nurses around 80-100 to EB3 Skilled Worker Immigran Visa to come work and live in United States. In 2007-2008, because of the retrogression and visa delays, we slowly stopped and minimized the sponsorship of nurses, although we continued to process the documents of nurses. In 2014, we recently partnered-up with two remarkable people; John Poracky and Paul Poracky who specializes in Healthcare Placement Industry. We, with their support and help, re-established our company in Medical Placement and a matchmaking Company for Hospitals. Because we work in Major Systems in the Hospitals, we do not need to charge sponsorship fee. We only select and recruit elite nurses.
