📣 Important Insurance Update – Cigna Patients 📣
We are aware that some of our patients have received a letter from Cigna regarding our contract. At this time, we kindly ask that you disregard that letter.

While our previous contract ended on December 31, 2025, we are happy to share that our new contract is now in effect, and we are still accepting patients with Cigna insurance.

There is no action needed on your part at this time. Your child’s care with our clinic will continue as usual. 💙

Best wishes for a peaceful and Merry Christmas! Our office is closed on Thursday, open until noon on Friday, and open as usual until noon on Saturday. We are always on call 24/7 for urgent matters.

Our electronic medical record vendor is experiencing a nationwide outage. As a result, our patient portal and electronic prescription system are currently unavailable.

We are continuing care without interruption and providing paper prescriptions in the meantime.

***OFFICE CLOSURE — SATURDAY, AUGUST 2***

Because of unforeseen circumstances, our office will be closed on Saturday, August 2. The provider on call will be available by telephone for urgent matters just as we always are during non-office hours. For all other matters such as refills, routine lab results, appointments and cancelations, please call us before Saturday or on Monday morning. Thank you for your understanding.
