Making my way down south for my Appalachian Trail Spring 2026 section! Camped in my hybrid minivan so far (yes, I brought my heated crystal mat 😍) and am stopping at a few favorite places today - the AT Conservancy in Harper's Ferry for this year's hang tag for my pack (got one from last year too, they were closed when I stopped by last fall) and at the Main Street Daily Grind in Front Royale for the BEST black bean burger wrap before continuing on to meet up with my hiking partner, Thanksgiving! 💖✨🥾 More trail friends to join along the way! 💨📊

We have moved our next Women's Empowerment Workshop from this weekend to May 16th to allow Ellyn more time to recover after a recent hospitalization, and have a couple openings. If you'd like to explore what it means to have the 'Courage to Express' yourself, join us for a half day immersed in the healing arts. This workshop will include a sound immersion, imaginative sound journey with Ganesh to clear obstacles, an aromatherapy activity and it wouldn't be complete without a contemplative Jungian sand tray activity 🥰🌀✨

"April Fools’ Day may seem like a silly tradition, but silliness and play are in fact vitally important. I take as many opportunities as I can this month to have fun with my inner child. I think of the things I loved to do when I was little, and try some of them again. I also remind myself to see the world through the eyes of this precious child, who is curious and full of wonder and delight. It is never too late to have a happy childhood, and am learning how to thoroughly enjoy my life."
