45 Minutes of Halotherapy: Breathe in purified, micronized salt particles. This “dry salt” method helps cleanse the respiratory system and rejuvenate the skin.
60 Minutes of Sound Healing: Throughout the session, you’ll be bathed in harmonic frequencies designed to release tension and support your body’s natural healing processes.

Attire: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Socks are required in the salt room.
Side Effects: You may experience mild coughing or throat dryness—this is a normal sign that your respiratory system is clearing out the “gunk.”
Health Note: Halotherapy is not recommended for those with severe respiratory conditions or active infections.
