Londa graduated from Duluth Business University in June 2008 as a Certified Massage Therapist, and for nearly 17 years, she has been passionately dedicated to helping others find relief from pain and tension, achieving greater balance in their bodies.

Her special passion? Supporting babies and mamas! As a mom of two, she has personally experienced the challenges of fascial issues, tongue ties, and colic. These experiences fueled her drive to become a Craniosacral Therapist. Londa trained at the Heartwood Institute in St. Paul and has been practicing Craniosacral Therapy since 2019. She loves working with babies, moms, and anyone else in need of this gentle, transformative therapy.

But that's not all! She is also passionate about stretching, breath work, and self-care. With a 200-hour certification in stretching and movement, she is dedicated to helping you incorporate these vital practices into your daily life.

Whether you're looking for pain relief, stress reduction, or overall wellness, Londa is here to support you on your journey to a healthier, more balanced you!
