Bow Quilt Club

Bow Quilt Club Bow Quilt Club A small, local community group of stitchers in the Bow, New Hampshire area who share in the love of quilting.

The club draws people from the heart of the Bow community and is open to all who are interested in the art of quilting. Members join with a wide variety of skills, interests, and backgrounds—those brand new to the most experienced of quilters. Our club is active in community outreach with its ongoing Concord Hospital Preemie and Pediatric Quilt Project. The club also supports national organizations such as Quilts for Kids, Inc., The Quilts of Valor Foundation, and Project Linus just to name a few. We urge everyone—even if you’ve never sewn on a sewing machine, or touched a rotary cutter—join and discover the joy and friendships gained from creating quilted treasures.

Tula Pink is my favorite designer, and I have decided to decorate my sewing room around her different fabric lines to match my Bernina sewing machine. My first project is influenced by quilts, but it's definitely not a quilt. I've used fabrics from Lineworks (Lil Stinker, Minerals, Hexies, solids and stripes) and covered a chest of drawers which will provide necessary storage.
