Being healthy and fit is a journey and that process looks different for everyone. Like mostly everything else, it won’t come overnight but if you stay consistent you will see change and reap the benefits. It does not matter what your specific goal is; weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, improved conditioning and cardiovascular strength, etc. All of them are a process and take time to achieve.
