Proud moment for Zen Well Health.

We are now officially certified by the Office of Supplier Diversity as a Minority Business Enterprise, Women Business Enterprise, and Small Business Focus company. This milestone adds to our current certifications and strengthens our ability to partner with healthcare systems, government agencies, and community organizations across the Mid Atlantic region.

At Zen Well Health, we provide care coordination, care navigation, respite support, and community wellness programs designed to help seniors, caregivers, and underserved communities access the resources they need to live healthier lives. This certification expands our footprint and opens new doors to bring integrated, nurse led wellness and support services to more communities throughout Delaware, Maryland, DC, and beyond.

This season of my life and business has taught me something powerful:

Resilience - regulation = exhaustion. Simple math.

I’m honored to speak at the Beyond the Diagnosis Conference on May 16 in Columbia, MD, where I’ll be sharing a message that feels both personal and professionally aligned. Regulated, Not Resilient.

As a nurse, founder of Zen Well Health, and woman navigating exponential growth, pivots, and leadership transitions, I’ve come to accept that healing isn’t about pushing through. What’s most important is restoring your nervous system so you can lead, live, and build from wholeness.

In this session, I’ll introduce my C-ENSR™ framework — a trauma-informed, nurse-led model for moving beyond survival mode into sustainable integration.

This isn’t theory. This is shadow integration.
It’s lived. It’s clinical. It’s necessary.

I had a mobile visit today with Sean and honestly it reminded me why I show up for people the way I do. He was really dehydrated and not feeling himself at all. Sometimes life gets busy, we forget to eat, we don’t drink enough water, and our body taps out.

Once I got him hydrated and explained what his body was trying to tell him, I watched his whole energy shift. That’s the part that always gets me. Seeing someone go from drained to grounded again… it hits different.

This is the kind of care I believe in. Real support, real education, and meeting people where they are so they can feel better in their own skin.

Zen Well Health offers mobile and concierge hydration and wellness visits because sometimes you just need someone to pull up, take care of you, and help you get back on your feet.
