Child Centered Solutions has part-time openings for enthusiastic and dependable behavior technicians. We offer training and free supervision to BCBA candidates. A RBT ( Registered Behavior Technician) is a paraprofessional level who practices under the close ongoing supervision of a BCBA. The behavior technician will implement home programs in the Laurel, Severn, Bowie and Silver Spring areas, supporting children with autism and their families.

Hours vary between morning and afternoon shifts. Availability on weekends as well.
AM Hours 9:00-1:00pm (Home setting)
or
PM Hours 2:00-7:00pm (Home setting)

Description:
Provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) therapy to children with autism, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, as directed by the BCBA/Lead Supervisor, through treatment plans and behavior plans.
Keep child motivated to learn
Manage a flexible schedule/part time availability
Attend and participate in all required training and, or meetings.
Complete Clinical and Administrative tasks (data recording, session progress notes, etc)
Must have the ability to work independently. Self starter and initiation is key.
Communicate confidentially and professionally with families and supervisors
Other duties as required
Job Qualifications:
RBT Certificate preferred but, free RBT training and certification fees will be provided!
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children
Excellent communication and written skills
Clear Background Check
Reliable Transportation Required
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
Experience in ABA, Autism, special needs preference.
Salary: $16-22 per hour, based on training, experience, and RBT status
