From day one, Kathryn has fit right in like she’s always been here. She has an incredible way of connecting with all our clients, and her passion for helping our RBTs and Student Analysts grow is already making such a positive impact on our clinic culture.

Kathryn brings a unique perspective to our team, having successfully transitioned from a career as a teacher to becoming a BCBA. That classroom experience shines through in her clinical work, blending structured learning with deep compassion.

We are beyond thrilled to officially welcome Michael Bacchus to the Beauty and the Behavior ABA Clinic family! 🌟

It isn’t every day you find someone who fits into the team dynamic so effortlessly. From his very first day, which was yesterday, Michael has brought a level of energy and dedication that has made him an instant favorite. In fact, our clients are already big fans—his ability to connect and build rapport is truly something special.

Michael’s background is as impressive as his clinical skills. He has been serving as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2024, bringing hands-on experience and a deep passion for the field. But he isn't stopping there—he is currently pursuing his Master’s degree on his journey to becoming a BCBA.

On top of his clinical expertise, Michael also served in the United States Army. That foundation of discipline, leadership, and service shines through in everything he does, and we are so proud to have a veteran on our team.

Are you passionate about making a difference? Beauty and the Behavior, LLC is looking for Part-Time PM Therapists to join our growing team!

We are looking for dedicated individuals to provide high-quality care to our clients during afternoon/evening hours.

The Details:

Location: Ability to travel between our two clinic locations and provide in-home services in the surrounding counties.

Qualifications: We highly recommend already licensed RBTs, but required, however trainig will be strictly your responsibility.

Schedule: Part-time, afternoon/evening (PM) availability is a must.

What a beautiful day it was at Beauty and the Behavior ABA Clinic! 🌸✨

Our hearts are so full after hosting our first annual Clinic Easter Egg Hunt. There was nothing better than seeing the pure joy and excitement on our kiddos' faces as they hunted for eggs! 🥚🐣

The fun didn’t stop there—we spent the day inside with several Easter activities, and of course, plenty of treats! The kids had a blast with pizzas, snacks, cupcakes, and the ultimate favorite: an ice cream party! 🍕🍦🧁

To top it all off, we even had a special RBT Easter Egg Hunt to celebrate our amazing team. A huge thank you to everyone who helped organize this sweet event—today was truly a blessing. We love getting to "love on" our kiddos and their families to the fullest! 💖

Our Hearts (and Baskets) are Full! 🐣

Today was absolutely magical at 3H farms, where Beauty and the Behavior hosted the special needs Easter egg hunt! There is nothing quite like the joy of watching our "sweet faces" discover hidden treasures!

Seeing some of our favorite clients show up made the day truly complete. Our team had just as much fun as the kids:

Our owner, Destiny King, and HR Coordinator, Trae Childers, were all smiles cheering everyone on.

Abigail Graves, our Student Analyst & Trainer, was right in the middle of the action making sure every moment was a success.

Our Clinical Director of Operations Ashana Williams spent the day bonding one-on-one, helping our hunters navigate the field and find those special eggs.

These moments of connection and community are why we do what we do. Thank you to every family who joined us for a day of inclusion, laughter, and a whole lot of hopping!

Ashana is a powerhouse in the field—not only is she a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), but she is also currently excelling as a Student Analyst.

Big wins at Beauty and the Behavior today! 🏆

Our hearts are full after watching our clients absolutely crush some big social milestones. We focused on peer proximity and turn-taking, and the progress was incredible.

The highlight of the day? A few competitive rounds of Go Fish! 🐟 Beyond just playing together, our clients practiced the ultimate skill: accepting a loss with grace. Seeing them cheer each other on—even when they didn’t have the winning hand—is exactly why we do what we do.
