🩺🥼This is what awake gynecomastia correction looks like! Gynecomastia can have a glandular component, a fatty component, or both.

🙌This is an example of glandular gynecomastia that cannot be corrected with liposuction alone. Excision of the gynecomastia tissue with well placed incisions has to be done thoughtfully and skillfully to avoid contour deformities in the chest.

✨The patient achieved a masculine chest contour with a very rapid recovery. No general anesthesia, no overnight stay—just great results and a happy patient!

This transformation was achieved using a latissimus dorsi muscle and skin flap reconstruction.

➡️ When done well, and combined with implants, it can deliver incredible results for patients who have undergone radiation and chemotherapy.
