Campus in Color: How it started vs how it's going! 🪴🍃

Spring is in full bloom, and so is the excitement for Campus in Color, our annual gardening competition! 🌱

Our residents have been hard at work, and the photos say it all—what started as small beginnings is already turning into something beautiful. It’s been so much fun watching each garden grow and come to life with color, care, and creativity.

More than anything, our residents are truly enjoying the season of growth all around us. From fresh blooms to brighter days, spring has brought so much joy—and a little friendly competition too! 🌸

We can’t wait to see whose garden will take the top spot! 🌼

April was a month to remember! 🎉

We kicked things off with our Census BBQ and an unforgettable Employee Engagement Party—celebrating the heart of our campus: our incredible staff! From honoring meaningful relationships to recognizing dedication and retention, it was a true reflection of the strong culture we’ve built together. We also took time to celebrate the continued growth and success of Willows at Bowling Green—what an exciting journey!

The fun didn’t stop there! Hoop Toledo joined us for an action-packed day where our team hit the court, showed off their skills, and enjoyed some friendly competition. 🏀

A very special shoutout to Nancy Lautzenheiser, RN, our “Oh Great One” award recipient! Since joining Trilogy in October 2025, Nancy has made an incredible impact on both our staff and residents. Her dedication to ensuring every patient’s needs are met truly sets her apart—we are so grateful for you, Nancy!

To wrap up the month, we hosted our Spring Mentor Training, empowering our team with leadership skills and inspiration to continue making a difference every day. Our residents had an absolute blast getting hands-on and creative while making refreshing punch together! 🍓🍍

From mixing flavors to adding the perfect finishing touches, everyone enjoyed the process just as much as the final result. And of course, the best part was tasting their delicious creations—so many smiles and happy reactions all around! 😄

Our Prom Spirit Week was a huge hit! 🎉

We kicked things off with Crazy Hat Day—there were some seriously creative (and hilarious) hats walking around! Then came PJ Day, where comfort was key and everyone showed up cozy and smiling. Sports Fanatic Day brought out all the team pride, and Fashion Disaster Day… well, let’s just say we saw some unforgettable outfits! 😂

Most importantly, it was so much fun seeing our staff and residents come together, laugh, and build excitement for prom. The energy all week long has been amazing, and we can’t wait for the big night! 💃🕺

What an unforgettable Senior Prom! ✨ We sang, we danced, and we enjoyed so much delicious food—but the highlight of the night was crowning our wonderful Kings and Queens 👑
This week has truly been a beautiful walk down memory lane, filled with laughter, excitement, and so many special moments. Prom night was the perfect ending—full of joy, celebration, and memories we’ll cherish for years to come 💫

Our cocktail hour before Senior Prom was nothing short of magnificent! ✨ Guests enjoyed delicious specialty drinks crafted by our incredible kitchen team, along with a stunning charcuterie board that was almost too beautiful to eat.
To top it all off, we were treated to the smooth, elegant sounds of live jazz by Mike Bryce, setting the perfect mood for the evening ahead 🎷
What a wonderful way to kick off such a memorable night!

Our amazing Prom Court candidates absolutely shined during our campaign rally! They were put to the test with a whirlwind of questions and even brought along some sweet treats to try and win over votes 🍬✨ It was all in good fun, and their personalities truly stole the show!

What an AMAZING time we had at our Pep Rally for the upcoming Senior Prom this Thursday! 🎉💃🕺
The energy was through the roof, and the music by Kerry Clark kept everyone moving and smiling all afternoon! 🎶 We also enjoyed a delicious taco bar 🌮 and an irresistible cookie cake that made the day even sweeter!
It was such a blast celebrating together and getting hyped for the big night ahead. The excitement is definitely building, and we can’t wait for Prom—it's going to be unforgettable! ✨

We had such a wonderful time at our Easter Brunch at The Willows at Bowling Green! 🐣🌸
There were smiles everywhere as our special guest, the Easter Bunny, hopped around spreading joy. It was such a delight to see so many happy faces!
The children had an absolute blast during the Easter egg hunt—watching them run around with excitement and laughter was truly priceless. What a fun and memorable moment for all of us!
Easter is such a beautiful holiday to spend with family and loved ones, and we are so grateful we could celebrate together. We cant wait to do it all again next year!💛

Nurse Jarrod recently reminded us of that in the most thoughtful way. When a resident mentioned wanting her nails painted, Jarrod didn’t hesitate. Even though it’s not part of his daily nursing duties, he took the time to sit down with her, carefully paint her nails, and make her feel special.
It’s moments like these that show how much heart our team puts into everything they do. No matter the department, every staff member is dedicated to meeting not just the needs—but the wishes—of our residents.
