Our Winter Wonderland Happy Hour was an absolute hit! The music was so good that our Residents were still talking about it the next day 🎤💃 — always the best sign of a great time!
Add in delicious food (as always 🍽️✨), festive vibes, and lots of smiles, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for fun. It truly was a wonderful time all around, filled with laughter, great conversations, and winter magic.
We’re still smiling from this one! ❄️🎉

Today our Residents were treated to Celebrity BINGO featuring our very own campus celebrity, Executive Director, Billie Jean. 😄

Not only did she call the numbers, but she also brought along her favorite sweet treat — Reese’s 🍫🙌 — making the day even sweeter!

Celebrity BINGO is such a great way for our Residents to connect with our leadership team, put faces to names, and share some laughs together. Today was full of smiles, fun, and a whole lot of BINGO excitement!

We’re excited to share our amazing collaboration between our Life Enrichment Team and Therapy Team with Vollyfit!
While balloon volleyball has always been a favorite around here, Vollyfit takes it to the next level — combining therapy goals with fun, movement, and laughter. It’s so rewarding to see Residents working on strength, coordination, and mobility while simply enjoying the game and having a great time!
This partnership shows that therapy doesn’t have to feel like therapy — it can be active, engaging, and FUN! 💪😊

Our talented artists truly shined during our Winter Cardinal Paint & Sip! Each Resident painted the same beautiful winter cardinal scene, yet every masterpiece reflected its own unique style and personality. ❤️🐦
The creativity, focus, and joy in the room made this event extra special — and the finished paintings were absolutely stunning! We are so proud of our artists and love celebrating the incredible talent here at The Willows at Bowling Green.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our scheduled Happy Hour — but not the fun! 😄
Our amazing staff suited up in hilarious inflatable costumes, turned up the great music 🎶, and took Happy Hour on the road! With a mobile bar cart in tow, we brought the party room-to-room so everyone could still join in on the fun.
Smiles, laughter, and creative teamwork made this an unforgettable Happy Hour — proof that fun finds a way! 🎈👏

Sunday Brunch Update 🍽️

Out of an abundance of caution, we will be postponing our Sunday Brunch originally scheduled for January 11.

The event has been rescheduled for February 8 as we take proactive steps to help keep our residents, families, and team members healthy.

Our Noon Year’s Eve party was one for the books—confetti in the air, champagne to toast, and great music setting the vibe. We couldn’t imagine a better way to say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026.
A huge thank-you to Ben DeLong Band for delivering an amazing performance and helping make the celebration unforgettable. Cheers to more memories, more music, and more great moments in the year ahead! 🥂✨

Our craft room has been buzzing with holiday cheer, and we’ve been as busy as Santa’s elves getting creative! 🎅🧝‍♂️
From making festive holiday decoupage coasters, painting beautiful Christmas bulbs, and building (and admiring!) gingerbread houses, to so much more, our residents have truly embraced the Christmas spirit. 🎨🏠🍬
The laughter, creativity, and festive fun made each project extra special—and the results are absolutely wonderful! We love seeing everyone’s unique holiday flair shine through. ❤️

A couple of our residents had the opportunity to enjoy an outing to Children’s Wonderland, and it was truly a sight to see! 🌟
From the twinkling lights to the beautifully decorated displays, everything sparkled with holiday magic. The smiles, laughter, and moments of awe made the day extra special—and the festive atmosphere was simply unforgettable. 💖 🎅
