Downward dog was quickly replaced by prancing goat as the yoga pose of choice Saturday at the Westbrook Farms event barn in Alvaton.

Due to our state's mandates on events and group gatherings, we will not have any public Be Happy Goat Yoga events in 2020.

Although we cannot have our Be HAPPY Goat Yoga events in April, never fear - these goats aren't going anywhere! Thank you all for the multiple calls, messages, and inquiries over the last couple of weeks. Our dates are coming together and our first class will be at the farm on March 28th at 10:30 am. An event has been scheduled on our page so if you would like to make a reservation please do so soon! We expect that this class will be sold out quickly.
