This morning our team gathered to chart our course for the year ahead as we introduced our Vision Source Flight Path 2026.

We shared a simple message — a successful practice isn’t powered by one person in the exam room… it takes an entire crew working together to keep this mission airborne. Every department plays a vital role in helping our patients experience exceptional care from takeoff to landing.

🛫 Remote Radar & Dispatch — First Contact Crew
Gabbi, Danyel, and Ruy keep the airspace clear — managing calls, coordinating referrals, and guiding scheduling so our days stay organized before patients ever arrive.

🛫 Ground Crew — Patient Welcome Team
Lindsey, Amy, and Ashley are the first faces our passengers see — greeting, guiding, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth departure.

🛫 Flight Engineers — Technicians
Joselyn, Jaden, Cheyenne, and Jason prepare every “flight” — running pre-test data, calibrating instruments, and making sure everything is ready before patients enter the exam room.

🛫 Navigators — Scribe Techs
Kallie, Leslie, and Matt record the flight path in real time — keeping documentation precise and supporting the doctors so nothing is missed along the journey.

🛫 Command Pilots — Our Doctors
Dr. Compton, Dr. Calvert, Dr. Jeskie, Dr. Newcome, and Dr. Tucker navigate complex clinical airspace daily — delivering expert care and ensuring every patient experience is safe, efficient, and first-class.

🛫 Optics & Systems Specialists — Optical Team
Brandey, Leeanna, Maranda, and Liz translate clinical findings into real-world vision solutions — guiding patients through frames, lenses, and technology that complete the journey.

🛫 Logistics & Cargo Specialists — Lab & Ordering
Jess and Gary ensure our cargo is delivered exactly as promised — managing eyewear ordering, assembly, and precision lab work so patients leave equipped for clarity.

🛫 Landing Crew — Final Touchpoint Team
Kelley and Leslie manage the descent and touchdown — coordinating checkout and ensuring every patient exits feeling cared for and valued.

🛫 Fleet Leadership & Operations
Sharon — our Chief Superintendent — whose decades of dedication keep our operation grounded and running strong.
Tabitha — our Air Traffic Controller — ensuring synchronization across departments and guiding the entire practice safely through busy airspace.

Today we say goodbye to a special part of our Vision Source family — Maci 💙

From her time as a pretester to her work in vision therapy, Maci has been an incredible asset to our team. Her dedication, positivity, and care for our patients never went unnoticed. She brought kindness, reliability, and a bright energy to the office every day, and she will be missed.

While we’re sad to see her go, we are so excited for the adventure ahead. Maci is heading to Houston, Texas to begin an apprenticeship in tattoo artistry — and we couldn’t be more proud of her for chasing her passion and stepping into this exciting new chapter.

Maci, we can’t wait to see where your talent takes you next and wish you all the best!!
