New month, new class time!!!

Move + Meditate with Abigail has MOVED to Tuesday mornings at 10:30am beginning next week, October 7th.

We are SO happy to offer this class time on the calendar , as it has frequently been requested, and it's perfect for those who like their slow mornings, have school drop offs, or are ready for a late morning break from work. We hope you will join us next week for a refreshing, all-levels, movement + mindfulness practice.

We are excited to be bringing some yoga to the roaster! ☕️🧘‍♂️

This Saturday, Sept. 27 @ 9am, join us for a morning of yoga, coffee, and community! Flow through an all-levels practice that blends mindful movement with gentle, energizing postures, all while breathing in the rich aromatics of freshly roasted coffee beans - right where all the magic happens.

Afterwards, head over to the coffee shop with your $5 voucher and enjoy a cup of the best coffee in town.
