For those interested in our LGBTQ group here are the topics for the next 6 weeks:

Jan. 20: Spirituality. What is it? Do we need it? How do we understand queerness through this lens?

Jan. 27: Microaggressions. A discussion about the ways that even well-meaning people can belittle and insult, often without realizing it

Feb. 3: Body positivity. An inquiry into how we feel about our bodies and how that influences our self-esteem and our relationships

Feb. 10: Reaching out. An investigation into the importance of cultivating a safe, welcoming community

Feb. 17: It gets better. A conversation on the nature of hope and creating the life we want

Feb. 24: Q***r with a diagnosis. An examination of how queerness and mental health overlap

Hope we see you soon! We meet every Tuesday from 5-6pm. Feel free to share with anyone who might be interested.
