It’s always so much fun when the residents get to join in on the fun for the holidays! The residents helped make our Thanksgiving day table decorations! They turned out so cute! We can’t wait to show off their hard work at their tables tomorrow night for our family Thanksgiving dinner! 🍁

On Thursday, November 20, the Kentucky Coalition for Aging Resources and Empowerment (KCARE) recognized top long-term care leaders and heroes in Kentucky at their quality awards banquet. Miranda Hunt from EmpowerMe Wellness was honored to be a part of this elite group of leaders in the industry.

“We were honored to be able to recognize the strength and resilience of our health care heroes. It is a special group of people who dedicate their lives to providing outstanding care and compassion to their residents,” said KCARE President Adam Mather. “This recognition is a testament to their dedication to their residents.”

The KCARE Quality Awards winners are nominated by their facility. Nominations are then scored blindly by long-term care veterans and mentors. This year, over 400 nominations were submitted for the Quality Awards

We would like to Congratulate Miranda for being awarded best Care partner in the state! Thank you for the outstanding work you do in our community and thank you for being such an amazing asset to the residents at Massey Springs! We are so proud of you and the effort you put in every single day for our residents, you truly have a heart of gold and we are so blessed to have you in our community. ♥️

Since our facility won the costume contest for Halloween Timesavers Caregiving & Concierge hosted a fun fall party this afternoon! Our residents thoroughly enjoyed the activities, which included making wreathes, playing Thanksgiving Bingo, and, of course, having hot chocolate complete with marshmallows and whipped cream.

Thank you so much for putting on such an amazing event. We are very grateful for the fun time you provided for our residents! 💜

Today, we gathered to honor the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of our nation's veterans. We recognize that our seniors in particular have a unique perspective on history, having lived through the times during which many of our veterans served. This day is a reminder to thank them for their service and to remember that our freedoms were preserved by their hard work and sacrifice. Happy Veterans Day! We are so thankful and proud of our Veterans! 🇺🇸 🇺🇸

Halloween day and night were nothing short of amazing! We want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this event possible. A special shoutout goes to Sigma Kappa for their generous candy donation. Additionally, we want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all our wonderful Trick-or-treaters.
