Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at Massey Springs! We have had a wonderful, fun-filled week leading up to today’s celebrations.

We are excited to announce that we were able to come together today to crown our Valentine’s King and Queen, who raised the most money for our Alzheimer’s Association fundraiser. Please join us in congratulating Bucky Day and Janice Cole on holding these titles.

We sincerely appreciate every donation made toward this great cause. We hope everyone has a wonderful Valentine’s Day and enjoys the upcoming weekend! ❤️

Tomorrow is the BIG DAY!! We get to crown our very own Assisted Living Residents for King & Queen! Donations are still welcome until noon tomorrow! Jars are located at the main lobby of Massey Springs! All family and friends are welcomed to join in on our Valentines Party at 2pm, where we’ll crown 👑 the Valentines Day King & Queen! 💜💙

Today was such a fun-filled day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our "lunch bunch" outing at Cracker Barrel, filled with yummy food and the company of amazing friends.

We even received some wonderful love advice from the residents! A special thank you to EmpowerMe Wellness for the great pictures and your ongoing support. To top it all off, our afternoon Happy Hour Social turned into a full-on dance party.

So much laughter, happiness, and fun was had by all today! 💕💕💕

Let the Valentine’s fun begin! We recently enjoyed decorating Valentine’s cards, eating sweet snacks, and sharing many laughs with Cindy from CDS #10 Pharmacy

As a reminder, our annual Alzheimer’s Association fundraiser is underway. This is a wonderful opportunity to nominate our Assisted Living residents for King and Queen of Massey Springs. Individual jars are located in the front lobby; please place your donations in the jar of the resident you would like to vote for. All proceeds go toward a great cause.

We will crown the King and Queen on Friday, February 13th, at 2:00 PM. We look forward to seeing you there! 💕😍💕

Let it snow! ❄️
Just a quick update for our friends and families:

✅ Our campus is being plowed and salted. ✅ The building is warm and the generator is ready, just in case. ✅ Our residents are tucked in safely with hot meals and plenty of treats! ✅ Our dedicated staff are here and spoiling your loved ones, we are fully staffed and have several spending the night to make sure there is plenty of help on hand.

Thank you to each and every one of our employees working this weekend to make sure the residents are taken care of 💕

Our residents had a wonderful time today shopping, browsing, and participating in a scavenger hunt at Vette City Antique Mall. Everyone enjoyed the experience so much that we are already looking forward to our next visit. We want to thank the staff at Vette City Antique Mall for being so amazing and for inviting us to come hangout! 💙 The Haven

Today our residents had a fantastic time planting succulents. We are all eagerly anticipating the return of warmer weather, so we decided to bring a little bit of Spring indoors by spending the morning working on our flower pots.

It was a joy to see everyone engaged in such a creative and refreshing activity. 🌺🪷🌸

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the sudden passing of Nelson Abebrese, the beloved husband of our long-time team member and friend, Shirley Abebrese.

Shirley has been a vital part of our team in The Haven Memory Care for 8 years. To know Shirley is to love her, and we know many of you feel the same. We are rallying around her in love and support.

Our thoughts continue to be with her and her family during this incredibly difficult time. We ask that you keep them in your prayers.
