At the Wood County Community Health Center, our on-site pharmacy makes healthcare simpler. Instead of driving to another location after your appointment, many patients can wait right in the waiting area and have their prescriptions filled before they leave.

It’s one more way we’re working to remove barriers, save you time, and make healthcare easier to navigate.

Community partnerships make community health possible 💚

At the Wood County Community Health Center, we believe the best healthcare happens through relationships. Over the past year, we’ve been proud to work alongside organizations like the Wood County Educational Service Center to support students and families, Great Lakes Community Action Partnership's Jordan Family Development Center, Wood County WIC, and La Conexión to help connect families to care, and the Children's Resource Center and Wood Lane - Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities to support individuals with specialized needs.

We’ve also partnered with organizations like The Cocoon to support individuals experiencing difficult circumstances, the North Baltimore Public Library to bring resources directly into the community, and the Wood County Committee On Aging to help ensure older adults stay connected to care.

Each partnership helps us reach people where they are and strengthens our shared goal of making Wood County a healthier place for everyone.
