✨ The Closing of One Chapter and the Beginning of Something New ✨
With deep gratitude, I want to share that after five incredible years, The Nightingale will soon be closing its doors. This decision wasn’t made lightly it comes from a place of honesty, self-care, and trust in the natural rhythm of life.
Over the years, this studio has been a home for healing, connection, and transformation. Every class, massage, and conversation shared here has meant the world to me. 💛
Though this transition is bittersweet, I feel peace knowing that something new is unfolding. Stephanie and I will continue offering massage therapy at a new location, and we’ll share details soon.

I am so glad you have stumbled upon my page. I am here to be of service to you on your path of wellness. I offer a wide range of bodywork and healing modalities. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist over a decade now. I have obtained a 200 hour yoga teacher certification in Power Yoga with an Ashtanga lineage and I am registered through Yoga Alliance. Combining the two sisters arts of massage and yoga have been a huge asset in bridging the gap of movement and tissue manipulation for my clients. In 2018 my passion for wellness evolved to learning Sound and Vibrational Healing. I use harmonious Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, planet and Tibetan gongs, and other instruments to entrain the brainwave state. This therapy triggers a meditation, contemplation state in which we have the opportunity to relinquish control of the mind. This meditative state is where the whole being can reset and alignment is able to occur.

I travel to yoga studios, galleries, and venues offering sound bath experiences as well as offer bodywork modalities in the comfort of your own home.
