To Our Community:
Yesterday (November 30) at about 11:30 a.m. our facility experienced a heavy water leak when one of our pipes burst due to the low temperatures. This affected the old part of our building, and we had to relocate some residents to the hospital side until proper repairs and safety checks can be made. We want to stress that our residents were and are safe, and no patient care was affected. Those visiting during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. please stop at the clinic reception desk and we’ll direct you. For visitors after 5 p.m. please use the ER entrance on the southwest side of the facility. We will continue to update the community as needed. Thank you!
