Spring is so beautiful! I am so grateful to be here and to learn - and help others learn - how to empower ourselves to live our lives with purpose and meaning.

In tumultuous times, this is the healing work - to give all we have to elevating the planet, creating joy, beauty, laughter - and unity. To knowing our Divine Soul’s purpose and to clearing all that would keep us back and sink us into despair.

Creating beauty in art? Yes!
Exercising, to center and ground ourselves? Yes!
Journaling, to let go of rage, despair, hopelessness? Yes!

As we go down the path of life, it is so important that we remember what we came here for—to love ourselves, to know our worthiness beyond measure, and to spread that sense of love and worth to others. To give our best first to ourselves and then to the world, which so needs Divine Love and the highest frequency we can shine all around us. That’s when you will begin to reap joy, abundance, and unimaginable love in return. What a wonderful world it is to move and live and have our being within.

Spring! A time for renewal, a time to remove the wall of resistance around your heart and open yourself up to the worthiness and to the loving Soul that you are. Once you release the shame, the guilt, the “story” you tell yourself, you find your power in knowing the love that you are. And everything begins to show up the way you have dreamed it to be.
