Happy Family Friday!

Today we had another awesome performance by Ms. Porter! Our residents always love to sing and dance along with her, and she never fails to make us all smile. Our residents truly love and appreciate her so much, and it's easy to see the feeling is mutual! Yesterday was Ms. Porter's birthday, so we made some beautiful birthday cards for her for everyone to sign. Then we surprised her with the cards while we sang "Happy Birthday", such a fun afternoon!

Happy Tuesday!

This week we have been celebrating our Admissions and Social Work departments! On Monday, the Business Office and Activities Departments provided coffee and donuts for our awesome ladies. Nursing treated them to a nice lunch on Tuesday, Therapy Department took over for Wednesday, and our Housekeeping, Maintenance and HR Departments treated them to lunch today. Tomorrow, they will have a special meal from our Administrator and Culinary Department. Such a great week celebrating our fabulous and hard-working staff!

Happy Family Friday!

We celebrated Easter with a wonderful Resident Council–chosen lunch featuring ham, scalloped potatoes, corn, sweet rolls, and lemon cake.
Afterward, the fun continued with an Easter egg hunt, a prize table, and plenty of sweet treats for everyone to enjoy. It was a joyful day filled with good food, laughter, and festive memories! 🐣🌸

Happy Thoughtful Thursday!

Last week we celebrated Passover and Easter! For Passover, we had a social featuring grape juice, buttered matzo, coconut macaroons and chocolate rugelach cookies. We also had a great time on Easter, with spiral ham for lunch. Afterwards we enjoyed a tea party with some carrot cake cookies, mini sugar cookies and brownies. Our residents had wonderful holidays enjoying religious services, trying new things and having lots of fun.

Happy Tuesday!

Last week some of our staff attended an event at a local assisted living facility, The Club at Boynton Beach. We set up a table with information about our center, including inpatient and outpatient therapy and VHT wound treatment. We had such a great time and met so many wonderful members of our community!

Happy Family Friday!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! We started the morning with a service from our wonderful priest, who was dressed to impress! Our residents enjoyed corn beef and cabbage for lunch, along with some delicious carrots, boiled potatoes and lovely key lime pie for dessert. Later in the afternoon, we had a great time at our St. Patty's Day social. Everyone loved the Irish music and stories, plus the yummy green treats and juice!

Our residents have really been enjoying our new Paint by Sticker books! The pictures are so beautiful, and they are so fun and relaxing to create. Our very talented resident Inge finished this one for St. Patrick's Day!
