Tip: buy frozen berries when out of season locally. Or purchase on sale when in season, rinse and freeze in freezer safe bag or container for later.
Disclaimer: you don’t need to eat 4 strawberries daily to reap the benefits. Eating a variety of fruits and veggies is key.
