Writing is an excellent tool to help you organize your thoughts.

Making a short daily list allows you to feel a sense of accomplishment each time you cross something off.

Even the small things should make the list! (Like having your morning coffee or taking a shower)

A list keeps you from having to remember everything and releases the worries of forgetting to do something.

Lists declutter your mind and allow you to focus on the task in front of you.

Making a list can give you a clear sense of direction for your day.
