Arch to Freedom

Arch to Freedom We have locations in Delray Beach and Boynton Beach, Florida. We look at the individual, then work together to set and achieve positive goals.

Arch to Freedom is a structured therapuetic community utlilizing clinician supervised case management, peer-based recovery support, spirituality, and experiential- community building events. Arch to Freedom is a structured sober living rooted in the 12 Step approach to recovery as we help our clients to create a new and healthy fellowship. The development of life skills like budgeting, resume buil

ding, job placement, physical activity and personal integrity are also extremely important. We are here to help teach and hold our clients accountable to the recovery process while integrating these necessary life skills. At Arch to Freedom, we have an abundant and supportive community that will challenge and help our clients to become healthier and productive people. It is our mission that our clients have a challenging, nurturing and fun experience. Our mission is to promote the well-being of men in recovery from alcohol, drugs and other related behaviors by providing a safe, structured, independent sober living environment utilizing a service system that emphasizes trust, respect, confidentiality and compassion. Our focus is to provide comfortable, quality living in surroundings conducive to abstinence, recovery and personal growth. Our goal is to create and maintain a sober atmosphere that supports confidence, self-worth and the motivation necessary for a healthy return to conventional living and mainstream society. While residing in a structured environment, house members are encouraged to build essential skills for reintegration into society and productive living.

We’re incredibly excited for Jason Peak as he steps into this next chapter leading and managing a larger medical facility.

Over the past two years at Arch to Freedom, Jason has been more than a leader. He set the standard for what leadership should look like. He led with intention, accountability, and most importantly, heart. His impact goes far beyond protocols or programming. He helped strengthen our foundation, expand what we offer, and build the most robust multidisciplinary team in our history.

What stands out most is how he showed up for people. Jason created an environment where others could grow, step up, and become leaders themselves. There’s a quote that feels fitting here. Great leaders don’t create followers, they create more leaders. Jason lives that every day.

We’re grateful for everything he’s poured into this mission, and while he’ll be deeply missed, we’re proud to see him step into an opportunity that reflects the level of leader he is.

Wishing you nothing but success in this next chapter, Jason. And we’re glad to know you’ll still be around as a case manager, most importantly so can continue to drive you crazy.

Got out to Recovery Day with the Charlotte Hornets. Just a really good day all around.

Appreciate Guest House for having me out.

Good catching up with Patrick Balsey, Jess Mills, and Amber Brown, always nice connecting with people who are actually in the work.

Days like this are a solid reminder that recovery is about building a life you actually want to be part of.

Last week at our company dinner we all celebrated 13 years of Arch To Freedom and it was a reminder of what this work is really about.

Not just the challenges or the struggles, but what we get to witness on the other side of it.

The strength of people. The willingness to keep going. The ability to grow, change, and heal even in the face of fear, pain, and setbacks.

This work isn’t easy, but moments like this bring it back to why we do it.

Because no matter how hard it gets, we never give up.

And neither do the people we serve.

Great meeting with the BandJAM team. Really excited about the kind of experiential, transformational work we’ll be bringing together.

Because growth doesn’t come from being worked on… it comes from being in it, engaged, and actually experiencing it.

Spent yesterday doing the exact things we tell our clients to do… slow down, breathe, and sit still for once.

Turns out, it actually works.

Grateful for the partnership we’ve built with Burning Tree Programs, Danielle Molldene from Lite Minded, and everyone who showed up yesterday.

Big thank you to Danielle Molldene with Lite Minded, LLC for helping us slow down and reset during sunset meditation yesterday. Always a powerful reminder to pause and breathe.

Also, special recognition to our canine assistant, who may or may not have been the most grounded one there.

We wanted to give a big shout out to D. Nichole Davis for her phenomenal workshop: "Leading at the Edge: Innovation, Resilience and Presence Under Pressure". Truly inspiring from start to finish.

It was an honor to be a sponsor of Hanley’s Palm Beach dinner, to support their amazing work, and the lifesaver scholarship….

But truthfully, we couldn’t make it. Sorry Turner Benoit! But here’s some lovely pictures of John Puls, Brian Pagan, and their lovely partners- they made it to the event and they look great don’t they.
