At Arch to Freedom, we have an abundant and supportive community that will challenge and help our clients to become healthier and productive people. It is our mission that our clients have a challenging, nurturing and fun experience. Our focus is to provide comfortable, quality living in surroundings conducive to abstinence, recovery and personal growth. Our goal is to create and maintain a sober atmosphere that supports confidence, self-worth and the motivation necessary for a healthy return to conventional living and mainstream society. While residing in a structured environment, house members are encouraged to build essential skills for reintegration into society and productive living.

Pete and Ben caught up with some amazing Arch alumni at Taste of Recovery in Delray Beach this past weekend — nothing like celebrating recovery together!

Today, we pause to recognize the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of the men and women who have served our country. Their bravery allows us the freedom and opportunity we all share every day.

A special shoutout to Joe Prete, whose leadership at Arch inspires us and whose service to our country continues to make an impact far beyond uniform. We are grateful for your example, your integrity, and the heart you bring to our community.

To all veterans—thank you. We honor you today and every day.

Jason Peak just celebrated 10 years of sobriety, and everyone who knows him knows this: he gives 100% of himself to the people around him.

He leads with empathy and speaks with honesty. He shows up every single time someone needs him. He fights for our residents like their recovery is his own - because, in a way, it is.

Jason has a gift. He makes people feel comfortable enough to be exactly who they are, while still holding them to the person they can become. He is the steady voice in the room when the chaos in someone's life feels too loud. He challenges guys to keep going without ever making them feel alone in the fight.

He embodies what it means to lead from experience, to care without limits, and to push people toward their best selves even when it feels uncomfortable.

Here's to 10 years of sobriety and 10 years of giving everything he's got. The Arch to Freedom community is better because he's in it.

Some people go to the ballpark for the peanuts and Cracker Jacks… 🥜🍫

We went for the 3rd Annual Recovery Awareness Day (and yes, the snacks).

Our residents hit the stands, cheered like pros, and proved that recovery is always a win. 🙌

We were proud to sponsor this amazing event and celebrate our incredible community.

It’s Neill Timmons’ birthday, which means we’re legally obligated to be nice to the boss today. 😏

The team agrees he’s earned a day off… not that we won’t still blow up his phone.📱

Today we’re celebrating the one and only Neill, the reason Arch to Freedom exists, and also the reason our group chat never sleeps. 😂

We’re lucky to have a leader who mixes purpose with humor (and maybe a little chaos). 😎

We appreciate your drive, your humor, and your relentless “let’s make it happen” attitude. Here’s to another year of doing what you do best — inspiring change and keeping us on our toes. 🎉

You: “I want a job where I make a difference.”
Us: “Cool, but we also need you to tolerate chaos, bad puns, and people who test boundaries.”
You: “Sounds hard.”
Us: “Yeah… but that’s why we’re hiring a Recovery Advocate.”

Be the hero people didn’t know they needed… until you showed up.

Who needs horsepower under the hood when you can have it under the saddle? Our residents traded sneakers for saddles and hit the trails last weekend for a day of horseback riding adventure. Saddle sores? Maybe. Unforgettable memories? Definitely.

Meet Rob– Client Care Coordinator (a.k.a. The Guy Who Went from Guest to Running the Place)

Rob showed up at Arch to Freedom as a guest… and just never left. He went from resident → house manager → recovery advocate → Client Care Coordinator faster than you can say “career upgrade.” At this point, we’re not sure if he works here because he loves it, or if it’s just the world’s longest house arrest.

Before Arch, Rob spent over a decade working with animals—owning a boarding kennel, caring for pets, and proving he can handle creatures big and small (which turned out to be great training for working with humans in recovery). He’s also studied culinary arts and IT, because why not rack up a résumé that looks like three different people’s lives? He’s also actively working toward becoming a social worker specializing in Substance Use Disorder—since apparently helping to run this place isn’t enough of a challenge.

Rob’s been on both sides of the recovery journey, and his own story is proof that change is possible. Now, as Client Care Coordinator, he’s here serving God, helping others, and keeping the place running—while occasionally wondering how he got promoted from “checking in” to “in charge.”
