Too many young players push through pain or throw on tired arms. The truth? Arm care isn’t just for injured athletes — it’s for every athlete who wants to play longer, throw harder, and stay healthy.

✅ 3 quick reminders for youth players and parents:
1️⃣ Respect pitch counts and rest days — they’re there for a reason.
2️⃣ Make recovery a routine: mobility work, bands, hydration, and quality sleep.
3️⃣ Throwing is a skill… but so is recovering from throwing.

Because the best ability in baseball is availability — and that starts with arm care. 💪
