Shoulder pain isn’t always what you think and knowing the cause helps you treat it the right way. Here’s a simple guide to help you tell them apart:

ROTATOR CUFF SIGNS
These usually point to an actual shoulder structure needing help:
✅ Pain when lifting your arm
✅ Sharp pain reaching overhead
✅ Weakness when rotating your arm outward
✅ Pain when lying on the affected shoulder
✅ Trouble lifting or carrying objects

POOR POSTURE SIGNS
These are more from how you hold yourself throughout the day:

Gentle movement usually beats lying still, heat can loosen tight muscles, and a few good hip and upper-back stretches can take pressure off the low back. Keep your posture relaxed, not stiff, and stay consistent with light activity so your back has a chance to settle.
