A Public Apology from Canyons CPR 🫣
(…because apparently, we went viral without even trying.)

Hey everyone… we need to address something.
It has come to our attention that some of you are now walking around checking pulse points on random family members, practicing compressions on couch cushions, and loudly yelling “CALL 911!” in Target.

…And honestly? We love the enthusiasm.
But we also recognize that we may have created absolute CPR monsters.

So today, we’d like to formally apologize…
💔 For teaching you lifesaving skills that you can’t stop talking about
💔 For making you the “CPR person” in every friend group
💔 For turning you into the designated safety officer at all family events
💔 For giving you the confidence to save a life (our bad… or our good?)

At this point, it’s out of our hands.
You learned CPR once now you’re unstoppable.

Heart valve disease can develop silently, and many people dismiss the symptoms as “getting older,” being tired, or just out of shape. But these warning signs shouldn’t be ignored.

🚨 Common Symptoms Include:
• Pain, tightness, or pressure in the chest
• Lightheadedness or dizziness
• Shortness of breath
• Rapid or fluttering heartbeat
• Fainting spells
• Trouble sleeping or needing to sit up to breathe
• Swollen ankles or feet
• Difficulty walking even short distances
