Join us for a much-needed “Holiday Reset” to melt away the tension and stress of the season. This thoughtfully paced class is designed to support your body’s natural ability to restore and renew, offering a tranquil oasis for nurturing your body and soothing your mind.

We will use props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body in gentle, floor-based poses, allowing for deep, passive stretching and full relaxation. This practice focuses on activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) to reduce cortisol levels and promote a profound sense of inner peace.

What you can expect:
• Core-Centered Workout: Sculpt and strengthen the muscles that matter most for feeling confident during the holiday season.
• Stress Relief: Unwind, de-stress, and center your mind so you can tackle the rest of your December to-do list with a smile.
• Holiday Cheer: We’ll move to a festive playlist and embrace the spirit of the season.
