How do you stay active? We love being part of events that encourage our community to get outside and move! Golf is a great option for the older population looking for a sport that combines coordination with brain challenges. In golf you have to think about your next move and use those practiced skills to make it happen! As we get older, it’s important to stay active and keep our minds sharp.

Our office participates in a program with the NSU College of Pharmacy to coordinate and support patients with a healthy and effective medication plan alongside the primary care provider's healthcare plan.

Part of its success depends on organizing medications properly. This can get confusing if you are taking multiple medications! That is why our on-site pharmacists are available in the office with pillboxes to help you stay organized and do crucial medication reviews.

Stress can influence your reading.
Bring your blood pressure machine to your doctor to evaluate and compare numbers to ensure your machine is functioning properly.
Talk to your doctor about any concerns or questions.
Blood pressure is very personal and depends on diet, stress, exercise levels, and medication.
