To start with, the best breads are the least processed ones. However, that is not the only factor that makes a bread more healthy. Ingredients matter, with whole grain breads being superior due to their nutritional content. Sprouted and fermented versions can also provide additional nutrients. Breads made with legumes, nuts, and seeds are good choices too.
