🏃🏻‍♀️Treadmill Challenge Guidelines! 🏃🏻‍♂️

We’re so excited for the Treadmill Challenge and can’t wait to have you join us!

• Please arrive a few minutes early for your 30-min time slot
• All participants must sign a waiver at check-in before using the treadmill
• Be mindful of your time so everyone gets their moment to shine
• Stay hydrated + go at your own pace (walk, jog, or run!)
• Most importantly — have fun and support a great cause!

🐶 Dog Treadmills (will only be set up between 1–6pm):
Please arrive early so a Ruff Rider team member can properly help set up your dog on the treadmill. Don’t forget to bring water bowls to keep your pup hydrated! 🐾

Join us for a second session on pelvic floor health led by Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Lise Spencer on April 16th! This session will be available virtually or in person in Bozeman. 🙌

This educational session will focus on understanding and supporting your pelvic floor through information and discussion. Topics will include pain management, bowel and bladder dysfunction, in*******se, and returning to exercise.
