👋🏼 Hi!! I have so many new followers and patients, so I wanted to do a re-introduction to me! I’m Megan Gilroy, PA-C — owner and injector at Sapphire Medical Aesthetics here in beautiful Bozeman, MT. ✨
I’ve been a Physician Assistant for over 15 years and have spent the last 4 years specializing in aesthetics — helping my patients feel confident, natural, and authentically themselves.
At Sapphire, our vibe is simple: comfort, honesty, and precision. I believe in scientifically driven treatments that enhance your features — not change them. From lasers to injectables, everything I offer has been thoroughly researched and tested before it ever touches your skin (for sure on me and probably on my husband).
In a world full of filters and quick fixes, my goal is to give you results that feel real, look natural, and last.
When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll probably find me chasing mountain views, spending time with my family and my dogs — and if it’s Friday, there’s a good chance my filter is gone, too. 😉🐾
