True learning isn’t found in a seminar or a generic certification. It’s found at the intersection of rigorous science and hands-on experience.
I recently returned from an intensive Level 3 Stecco Method of Fascial Manipulation. This wasn’t just another course for me… it was a deep dive into the relationship between our internal systems and the musculoskeletal dysfunctions that often keep active people sidelined.
It has taken me a week to wrap my head around the experience, and I’ve landed on this… There is a specific kind of clarity that comes from learning directly from the world’s foremost experts. It was a privilege to be taught directly by Antonio Stecco, whose family pioneered this method, and incredible FM instructor . It was also an honor to be alongside masterminds and .justin_nxtrehab of , people I have long admired and looked up to.
Being in the room with the best in the world is mostly about absorbing the precision and critical thinking required to solve the most stubborn, “unsolvable” injuries and having no choice but to level up.
Level 3 is challenging because it links the visceral (internal) components and the fascial system.
Often, a chronic shoulder restriction or persistent low back pain isn’t just a “muscle or strength issue” we are so often told by the mainstream. It can be a reflection of fascial tension connected to internal systems. By addressing these deeper issues, we aren’t just treating symptoms; we are treating the root cause.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to sharpen my skills alongside the best, and I’m even more excited to bring this level of clinical reasoning back to Bozeman.
