Christina just returned from her honeymoon in Turkey and wrote our most recent blog post in Mountain Medicine.

is joining together with to offer a mini-workshop series of ‘Seasonal Inquisition’ in both Helena and Bozeman this Autumn, Winter & Spring.

These classes offer an opportunity to intentionally pause and attune to the pace of the season – autumn’s winding down, winter’s depth, and spring’s emergence. Each workshop with begin with a yoga practice with hands on adjustments then move into restorative community acupuncture, somatic meditations, reflecting on the questions of the season, journaling, and sharing our insights, reflections and wisdom with one another.

You may have seen Jacey around this summer at the front desk, we would like to officially introduce her as our receptionist!

Jacey is passionate about becoming a psychiatrist and is currently enrolled at MSU. She is a native to Montana and you may run into her out trail running, hiking, or on the ski slopes. She spends what is left of her free time mentoring local teens at and searching for treasures at the thrift store. We are excited to have her on our team and she is looking forward to getting to know you all in her role at the front desk.

Katie is offering a year-long circle to gather.

With each changing season we will ‘become together’ and attune ourselves to the present moments.

We will begin each circle with an hour of somatic meditation & community acupuncture to help regulate to the pace of our natural bio-rhythms and nature.

Then, we will take time to learn how to expand ourselves through journaling and sharing inspirations, challenges & wisdoms of life’s journey with one another – the way many cultures & traditions have done before. We will pose questions that open depth into each season allowing greater reflections to emerge. We will explore shadow work, patterns, values and virtues of each season that reflects East Asian theories.

Class size will be limited to 7 people & a 1 year commitment. Enroll by joining the course that begins on October 1st online.
