Our 10 day spring cleanse is starting on May 6th with Karen!

We are hearing a lot of the same stories - “I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.”

This whole food cleanse supports the body with whole foods, thoughtful structure, and a whole-person perspective. This means nourishment rather than restriction, clarity over complexity, and guidance each step of the way.

Over the years this cleanse has been developed for success towards feeling better. We have heard testimonies from all perspectives reporting: improved energy, increased mental clarity, better digestion, clearer skin and overall more capacity for life.

Spring is in the air! It was an interesting winter and many of our clients are feeling it.

Not enough deep rest, moodiness, overwhelm, uncertainty, hormonal swings, lingering symptoms from viruses, &/or body tension (just to name a few). And, in some ways winter was also gentle and we expanded into new ways of being, and learning.

A few rituals we’re all embracing as the season’s shift are:

☀️ Spend time in the sunshine and noticing nature begin to bud.
⛰️ Set goals, be creative and look forward to something.
🤸‍♂️Clean out clutter.
🌱 Make meals that are lighter energetically (think micro-greens & fresh herbs on everything).

If you are needing support in this moment, we’re here to help:

💆 Massage can release muscle tension
✨ Acupuncture can both build Qi and move Qi stagnation.
🥗 Karen is hosting our Spring Cleanse in May.
💉 IV therapy can boost your vital nutrients and revive energy.
🧖 Infrared saunas are wonderful to move and warm at a deeper layer in our organs and tissues.
🌺 Essential oils (our spring blend!) & teas (dandelion, lemon or nettle) can help clear energy - physically and emotionally.

Elena is hosting monthly “Art as Medicine” evenings at Enso and wrote our recent blog explaining why art can help support our healing..

“One of the biggest take-aways insights from Your Brain on Art is that creative activities can shift our nervous system into a more regulated state. When we engage in rhythmic, sensory creative work — like sketching, cutting paper, layering paint, or writing freely — the brain releases neurochemicals associated with wellbeing:

• dopamine (motivation and reward)
 • serotonin (mood regulation)
 • oxytocin (connection)
 • endorphins (relief and pleasure)..”

She will host the next painting evening on April 2nd from 6-8:30 and 4 spots are still left to be creative, with no skills needed, together.

Aspen’s blog post is on-point for navigating the world we live in with “Emotional Courage”..

“There has never been a more important time for humans to feel their feelings.

Not think about them. Not analyze them. Not manage, suppress, or transcend them.
Feel them — as a body.

We are living in times of fear, uncertainty, and real turmoil. Individually and collectively, things feel unstable.
.Emotions Are Not the Problem — Disembodiment Is..”

Aspen continues to explain what happens to our bodies when they are under stress and we don’t listen to them, through the subtitles, loosing connection to our clarity & potential and how to reconnect to our “LIFE”.

Karen wrote a beautiful blog post checking in on our New Year’s resolutions and their sustainability.

She pulls apart how we ideally listen to our body’s subtle cues in relationship to how we take care of ourselves:

“Our bodies are constantly communicating with us. Symptoms are not random inconveniences—they are signals…

When you begin to listen to your body more closely, you give yourself the opportunity to make small course corrections in your daily habits—changes that can mean the difference between living with increasing pain and disease, or living with more ease and resilience...”

We are so excited to announce Morgan Montalbano (an incredible acupuncturist) is joining us!

Morgan is has been offering acupuncture in Bozeman the past few years with our wonderful neighbor practice, – who we so greatly admire, refer to, and often share clients with. Morgan wanted to dive deeper into more one-on-one individualized sessions at a slower pace with and hone her hands-on Medical Qi Gong offerings while studying along Katie.

She is currently finishing her doctorate in Oriental Medicine that looks to understand how Five Element Acupuncture can help treat anxiety (specifically) and emotional dysregulation.

Her treatments blend together her many skills of TCM and Five Element acupuncture, fire cupping, hands-on support and Chinese herbs.

Her schedule is now available online!

In Aspen Marino’s work with men, she hears the same thing again and again:

They want impact without burnout.
Strength without strain.
Stability under pressure.
Confidence that holds when it matters most.

Instead, many are overworked, holding it all together through effort, becoming reactive under pressure, and losing access to their confidence when it matters most.

If that’s you, Aspen created a workshop for you.

Embodied Leadership for Men is a 3-hour, body-based workshop focused on breaking the patterns that limit your leadership—so you can lead with steadiness, clarity, and real impact.

This isn’t mindset work or motivation.
It’s practical, embodied, and immediately applicable.

She is deeply passionate about helping leaders remember who they are and why they’re here—so they can be the world changers they’re meant to be.

Workshop is January 24th 1-4 pm in Bozeman, limited to 8 men. For more details + to register, click the link in bio

Katie is offering ‘Seasonal Inquistion’ Workshops with Meesh Metcalf at Ekam Yoga Studio

Katie & Meesh joined together to offer Yoga, Somatic Meditation, Acupuncture, Journaling & Community Circles to intentionally pause, reflect, and orient to the present moment.

The first few have been incredible. Present and purposeful.

This 2.5 hour mini-retreat offers a moment of self care that is both deeply personal and also brings us together in community, to hold and heal the greater – together. This time allows for a moment to reflect and feel into how you are actually doing - physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

January 24th & March 28th – 10:30-noon
Schedule online at Ekam
