Important changes to Montana Medicaid! Thank you Montana Family to Family Health Information Center for sharing!

Montana Medicaid is changing. Starting in July 2026, some adults on Medicaid Expansion will have new requirements to keep their coverage.

The good news: many caregivers and people with disabilities are exempt from the new work requirement.

DPHHS has a new webpage that explains who is exempt, what you need to do, how to report changes, and more.

The most important thing right now: make sure your mailing address is up to date. DPHHS will send notices by mail, and missing one could affect your coverage.

Can you believe it's that time of year again?! Give Big is just a couple of weeks away!

For those who don’t know, Give Big is a 24-hour online day of giving for all nonprofits in the Gallatin Valley, happening Thursday April 30th through Friday May 1st. Give Big is also Bridgercare’s largest annual fundraiser 🎉

Our hope for this year is to raise $120,000 to protect and expand access to affordable reproductive healthcare in the Gallatin Valley! 🥳

At a time when federal funding is uncertain and attacks on reproductive healthcare are increasing, these funds will directly support Bridgercare's sliding fee scale - ensuring that cost is never a barrier to our services. This means more patients can access birth control, cancer screenings, STI testing, and essential reproductive health services, regardless of their ability to pay.

A little about Teen Clinic:

Who can come to Teen Clinic?
- Any teen through age 19 is welcome to come to Teen Clinic! We welcome teens of all genders and sexual orientations!

When is it?
- Teen Clinic takes place every Monday afternoon from 3-5PM

Do I need an appointment?
- No! Teen Clinic is actually walk-in ONLY, so no worries about scheduling an appointment! Just come on in!

Is it expensive?
- Teen Clinic is 100% free, so, submitting your insurance is totally optional.

What can I come to Teen Clinic for?
- So many things! Birth control, emergency contraception (like Plan B!), period pain, pregnancy testing and options, and STI testing/treatment. You are also welcome to just come in and ask questions about your body!

These are used for students to ask questions anonymously- questions that they might not feel comfortable asking face to face or in front of their peers! We love using this method because we usually get the BEST questions!!
