This word has been trending for a hot minute BUT I have not seen a single spiritual teacher, leader or visionary speak on what codes actually ARE.

Codes live within us. They are sequences, activations and energetic signatures that we were born with but have also inherited through our DNA, our environmental conditioning, societal framework and individualized traumas.
