Partner shoutout: United Way KidsLINK!

We’ve had the privilege of teaching in their after-school program for the past 4 years—and in recent years, we’ve expanded into before-school programming and summer camps.

Mindfulness gives kids a chance to start the day feeling grounded and focused, or to unwind and process their emotions after a full day. We’re grateful to partner with programs that prioritize students’ well-being alongside learning.

Thank you, United Way!🌟
