Subject Recruitment Coordinator I
Non-Exempt Part Time
Job Summary:
The Subject Recruitment Coordinator I recruits human subjects for clinical trials in accordance with established GCP standards and Code of Federal Regulations Part 50, Protection of Human Subjects. They operate under the supervision of the Manager of Subject Recruitment and are responsible for knowledge of and adherence to the recruitment sections of study protocols.
Essential Duties:
Review Subject Requisition forms provided by Principal Investigator and create necessary documents and advertising.
Read and understand the Informed Consent form (ICF) and other applicable study documents'
Maintains a confidential, password protected subject database and protects rights and research data of study subjects, including medical history, HIPAA, data, etc.
Executes subject screening, recruitment, consent process and the completion of case report forms according to the protocol's inclusion and exclusion criteria, prior to any study procedures taking place.
Ensure all documentation if detailed and accurate'
Generates subject-related forms including Medical Letters, Pay Requests, and all other applicable reports'
Assume other responsibilities as designated by Clinical Trial Coordination Manager
Professionalism, this position deals directly with the public

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office and laboratory environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, computer mouse, telephones, photocopiers, projectors and file cabinets.
