We look forward to hosting the upcoming Concussion Resource Center sponsored Resilient Mindset Series. 🧠💪🌟💜

This series of classes (free to those impacted by concussion) will teach mindfulness, intention, realistic optimism, and gratitude. These tools are imperative to navigating life after concussion to improve mood and emotional wellbeing in a supportive community setting.

Join Allie for a relaxing and restorative self-care workshop. Learn to how to use Jill Miller's Therapeutic Tune-Up Balls and The Melt method soft foam rollers to help ease tension in your body.
