My name is Whitney Weidenborner and I am the new trainer at PRIMe Performance and Physio! I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science & Wellness, with a minor in Coaching. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. I compete nationally in Powerlifting and I am passionate about hunting! I’m a 3x national powerlifting champion in the first responder division, I have all the state titles in Wyoming, and for a few years now I’ve been in the top 10 in the open nationals division. 

Whether you are a beginner or advanced, wanting general fitness or are looking for something more specific, reach out and I would love to get you started! I can provide programs to do on your own, or we can schedule 1-on-1 training sessions to really help you achieve your goals!

Open to all lifters, this event commemorates one of the corner stones of PRIMe, Matt Ulrich. The spots will fill up quick, registration ends on May 28!
