Welcome to my personal business page, and thank you so much to everyone who has followed along and supported me so far. I am beyond excited to begin my journey as a practicing counselor here in Bozeman, Montana. This has been a goal of mine for many years, and it still feels surreal that it is now becoming a reality.

I am honored to be joining the team at Center Counseling Bozeman — a small, close-knit, and deeply passionate group of professionals. From the moment I joined, I felt that I was exactly where I belong.

Like many people, I have faced my own challenges throughout life, and counseling has played a powerful role in my growth and healing. Because of this, I felt called to pursue this path so that I can offer others the same support and understanding that my own counselors once gave me.

I am especially passionate about working with individuals on the autism spectrum, as two of my siblings have been diagnosed with autism and are very close to my heart. Having been raised overseas and on a military base, I am also deeply interested in supporting veterans who may be seeking individual counseling. Overall, however, I am very open to working with just about anyone who is looking to better themselves and/or just feels like they need a little help with their mental health journey.

Through my work at Center Counseling, I am continuing to grow in my work with families and couples — an area I have been drawn to since the beginning of my studies and one that I truly look forward to developing further.

Thank you again for being here and for being part of this journey with me. 🤍
For those of you that stuck around and read that long winded post I appreciate your dedication 😃

If you have any friends or family who may be in need of counseling services I would love to hear from them!

Please reach out at any time with any questions.

Finally, I hope you enjoy this page as I hope to spread information and tools for mental health, autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD and any other possible helpful resources that I may find along the way.
