Overview
We are seeking a motivated, high-performing Corporate Benefits Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on engaging with Directors of HR and Benefits at mid-to-large companies to present and sell our comprehensive employee benefits solutions as compelling value for their organizations. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, an executive-level mindset, and a talent for building strategic partnerships across the nation.
Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities with target organizations across the United States.
Engage with C-suite and senior HR/Benefits leaders to understand their needs and position our benefits solutions as strategic advantages.
Develop and execute account plans, lead generation strategies, and pipeline management to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and ROI analyses tailored to each client.
Collaborate with internal teams (solutions, implementation, client success) to ensure a seamless handoff from sale to delivery.
Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to drive referrals and opportunities.
Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory considerations affecting employee benefits.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of success in executive-level or enterprise sales.
Preferably 2+ consecutive years in an executive sales role or roles with similar scope and accountability.
Highly motivated, self-starter, and capable of thinking outside the box to generate opportunities.
Strong network across the United States with the ability to leverage relationships for new business.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Compensation and Benefits
100% commission position with uncapped earning potential.
