I’ve been quietly holding space for this idea for a long time.

This May, the day before Mother’s Day, I’ll be offering a small, intimate, full-day retreat for adults navigating complex maternal relationships — especially for those healing from emotionally unavailable or narcissistic parenting.

This will be a trauma-informed, embodied healing experience rooted in gentle movement, nervous system regulation, guided reflection, Yoga Nidra, creative ritual, and deep rest — held in a small, supported container.
