Yin Yoga is practicing the pause—learning to sit with sensation instead of rushing past it.

In this slower, supported practice, we give the body time to open:
• improving mobility through the joints
• gently rehabilitating areas of tension or restriction
• connecting to the breath as a steady anchor
• creating space—physically and mentally

Where you don’t have to perform or keep up.
Where stillness becomes part of the work.
